My Travel Maps

This post will stay on the top. It will help to easy find all links to everything interesting in this blog.

My biggest dream in life is to travel all over the world. To discover places, cultures, beaches, hotels.
So I've made two maps, of places I dream to go and of places I've already been.

Here's the first map, main map for me. Destinations of my dreams. I've never been there but I think it's just the question of time. Click the map and you'll get to Google Maps where you may discover the map much closer.

Beautiful map!.. Inspires me. Here is not the full list of all places I dream of, only some of I remember here and now. It means, for example:
If you see Krabi and Phuket - then Phi Phi is also my place to go.
If I checked only 2 Maldives islands - it does not mean I'm not interested to visit other islands.
Sometimes there is just airport point - that means I'm flying there and we'll see how it will go!..
Los Angeles point means "everything around LAX", from Huntington Beach to Santa Barbara. Or if there is a car - then maybe even San Francisco or Las Vegas.
I will leave here in this post links to other posts where I'll write about these beautiful places I dream of.
For example, my dreams about THAILAND.

Second map, also very important to me. These are Destinations Done. Clicking the map will bring you to Google Maps as well. And I may say, all these places I'd love to visit again and anytime. Actually I fly often to France, to London, to Malta.

People usually tell me that I've visited lots of places over the world. But when I look to the first map and compare.... it seems to me I've been almost nowhere.

Dreaming of the Bahamas

This time I want to tell you about one more my dream destination.
The Bahamas!
I really was thinking about flying there so was trying to find the hotel still luxurious and comfortable but not so expensive as The Atlantis. The answer is:
Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort & Casino (and SPA as well)

This is so much pleasure for me now to look at this amazing photo... while there is snow in my city now... A lot of things I love so much - beach, palms, sea and my favorite blue colour all around.... :)

Delicious Evening in Paris

Restaurant, near the Montparnasse Tower, just steps away from Pullman Montparnasse.
That time, it was december'12, I just wanted "a special breakfast". And when I saw in their menu "Avo and Prawns" - my favourite salad - I came in and I'm glad I did that, really!..
I made no photos that time.
But made in january when stayed at the same hotel. And my visit to this gorgeous restaurant was The Must.
This time it was friday evening. It felt very friendly to be inside, felt like it's my good friend's restaurant.. Maurice was a soul of this place that evening.. He met every guest as a best old time friend, and cared about every one, with smile and jokes.. My best evening in Paris I guess..

I'll show today some of my photos on Instagram.


Actually, most of my Instagram photos are the same I upload to Flickr. Though, I love iPhone with its loads of lovely programs and filters for images. They let me express all my imagination.


They let me create wonderful colorful images... Rainbow photos...


And couple days ago I was doing some shopping... and got a flower as a present. Beautiful tulip. And made a composition right there in my car. Now it looks like real Girl's Car!..

Flying From Paris, December'12

This is the only left to tell about my december trip to Paris. How I was flying back home.

Actually, there're not words, but some beautiful pictures.
A lovely sunset was saying bye-bye :)


And after take off..... there was even more beautiful and stunning.... these amazing clouds seems like you want to touch them :)

And 2 below are.... just photos, I made with my Canon, without any filters or even Lightroom!.. This is so beautiful nature's miracle when you do not need any other work and all shots are perfect from the beginning...

Dreaming of Phuket, Thailand... Amari Coral Beach

I was going to fly there in January though finally had other plans. 

Well, I have another 11 months of this year to do that. And so far will keep here the useful info about hotel I wish to stay.

This hotel is situated on the beach, where you may enjoy nice sunset views every evening. I like that they have Everything you may need, at least it seems to me. Spa, beautiful spacious rooms with seaviews, several restaurants. I like that it's possible to book some service too, directly on the site when you book your room: transfer to/from airport, fruits and champagne on arrival and even a massage.

January, Beautiful Pictures on TakeOff

View to Paris from the height of your room!

I visit Paris for years, but did not know that you may have such a room view!..
I do love the height. Always wanted to live on the top floor of a skyscraper...

Pullman Montparnasse was chosen this time... because of the price, the room cost me 115 euros a day... and I liked the pictures of rooms (I like when it's modern)... and description promised fantastic views from almost every room..?

Well, that is true, yes!.. And I always fill "additional information" when book the room. Always write something like "and highest floor if possible".

I've been there twice now. In december and in january once again. Today I'll show december photos.

At the reception I've got the key, 19th floor room!!.. Wow. So, of course, once I was in the room - the first thing I did was Checking views!!...

You can see EVERYTHING, well maybe except of Eiffel Tower.

On the right from the Montparnasse Tower, far far away you may see the Monmartre and Sacre-Coeur Basilique:

It was cold outside, about +5C, rainy and windy. So I just stayed in my room and called to room service. I had a champagne that I've got at Nicolas shop, my favorite, Chateau de Bligny. So I asked for salads.
Several minutes later I've got Ceasar salad with chicken, very delicious:

And salad with prawns:

It's very quiet in hotel, I think this is also important, so you may sleep and nothing will wake you up.

And I have the picture of hotel as well. Was made from the bus. Oh yes, the bus - Les Cars Air France. Direct bus right from the hotel to airports (Orly or Charles de Gaulle).

I may say, I liked this hotel a lot!.. I liked the service I received. It was very nice to feel that they were waiting for me, and have read my wishes!.. I know hotels where they even don't read this. And Pullman did everything the best for me. I could not be treated better I think. So if you read this - Thank You!! I will come back for sure!!
